Established in 2013, St. Lawrence Health (SLH) is committed to delivering high-quality, convenient care to residents throughout St. Lawrence County. It does so through three acute care community hospitals and 26 primary and specialty care practices.

Joining Rochester Regional Health (RRH) in 2021 – one of the largest integrated health systems serving Central and Western New York – SLH enjoys a small-practice ambiance with resources inherent to large health systems. Our expanded network provides access and implementation of leading-edge technology, including a system-wide electronic medical record, and state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure. The clinical resources and expertise of RRH and SLH are seamlessly integrated for best practice sharing among specialists and clinical support staff.
